Let's try to diagnose the problem.
Are you plugged in?
Make sure your computer is connected to the Wi-Fi network or that your cable is properly plugged if you are using the Ethernet network.
Are you using torrents?
Check if you have any torrent clients running. If you do that means that you have been blocked by our monitoring system and your internet connection has been terminated for 30 min.
None of the above?
A'ight, it's something more complex then. Please report the issue and if you can provide us with the following information:
- Your desk location.
- Your Ethernet port number (if you are using one).
- Your MAC address (super helpful).
- Is your connection completely gone or just slow?
Our IT team will check what's going on and will make sure that we resolve the issue as fast as possible.
