Okay, so here's what you need to do. Report your issue and help us solve it faster by giving us the following information:
- Your current location (work desk, kitchen area, meeting room, etc.)
- The name of the network you are connected to.
- Your OS.
- Your MAC address.
This will help our IT team diagnose the problem and fix any connection issues you are experiencing.
In the meantime, if you have an Ethernet port, you can plug a cable to your computer (every desk in Puzl has access to Ethernet) and have internet while we work on fixing the Wi-Fi.
