When is my first month's membership fee due?
On the day that your membership starts (also stated in your contract), you'll receive an invoice with your prorated fee until the end of the current month, plus a security deposit.
We'll appreciate it if you can pay the invoice as soon as you receive it.

How will I receive my invoice?
Our automated invoicing bot is responsible for keeping track of all active memberships and sends out all invoices via email on the first day of each month.
When are late fees applied?
As stated in the lease agreement, in case of payment delays of more than 15 days, we have the right to apply a late penalty fee of 0.5% of the due sum for every day of delay.
