Is Puzl GDPR-compliant?

Well, we kind of have to be! It's not like the EU gave us a choice or anything. ?

But yeah, we meet all GDPR requirements and follow strictly the set regulations. If you are interested in all the details, we'll be happy to provide you with a copy of our data processing flow and purpose of use, as defined per the requirements of article 13 and 14 from REGULATION (EU) 2016/679.

As per REGULATION (EU) 2016/679, each Puzl member has the right to:

  • Receive information about and access to their personal data, stored by Puzl.

  • Demand correction, deletion or limited processing of their personal data.

  • Objections to processing of their data, due to matters concerning personal legislative interests or profiling, unless the Administrator proves the existence of justified, credible reasons, which have priority over their interests, rights and freedoms, or that this processing is done with the purpose of declaring, exercising or defending legal claims.

  • Data transferring.

  • File a claim through the Data Protection Commission.

  • Be able to retract their consent to the collection, processing and using of their personal data at any time.
