Nope. What you get is a beautiful shared space with a stunning view, ultra-fast Ethernet (we'll give you a cable for that one!) and Wi-Fi connection, and the awesomeness of an IT-only community. You are free to bring your high-tech or low-fi (if you are a connoisseur) equipment and get down to business.
