What do I do if I receive a package that needs to be paid for?

There are two ways this can play out.

Leave money at reception

If you are expecting a package that you need to pay for, you can just leave the money required to cover the package payment at our reception desk and we will accept and pay the package on your behalf.

Don't leave money at reception

If you don't want to do that (it's perfectly fine), once the courier arrives with the package, they will call you to the reception where you can pay and accept the delivery yourself.
