There are two ways this can play out.
Leave money at reception
If you are expecting a package that you need to pay for, you can just leave the money required to cover the package payment at our reception desk and we will accept and pay the package on your behalf.
Don't leave money at reception
If you don't want to do that (it's perfectly fine), once the courier arrives with the package, they will call you to the reception where you can pay and accept the delivery yourself.

Leave money with the Floor Manager
If you are expecting a package that you need to pay for, you can notify the Floor Manager and leave the money required to cover the package payment with them. We will accept and pay the package on your behalf. Please just make sure to notify your courier that they should call us on the office phone when they arrive.
Don't leave money with the Floor Manager
If you don't want to do that (it's perfectly fine), once the courier arrives with the package, they will call you and you need to come and pick up your delivery yourself.
